1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Flip Axis LLC (“Flip Axis”, “we”, “us”), 1500 N Grant St STE 11729, Denver, CO 80203, USA, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit flipaxis.agency, contact us or use our services. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any message you send us through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Order and business details: the plan you choose, your target eBay market, your preferences, and information about your business.
• Account access: login details or user access for your eBay, AutoDS, Yaballe and related accounts, when you give them to us so we can deliver our services.
• Store data: while we work on your store we can see its listings, orders, performance data and messages. This can include your buyers’ names and shipping addresses. We access this only to provide our services to you, on your instructions.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe or Whop. They collect your card or payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount, and your name and email.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

3. How we use your information

• to provide the services you order, including building, automating and managing your eBay store;
• to communicate with you about your order, support requests and handover;
• to process payments, cancellations and refunds;
• to keep business, tax and accounting records and meet our legal obligations;
• to protect our business, prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes; and
• to share your results or testimonial publicly, only with your consent, with your name and store ID blurred unless you agree otherwise.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU clients)

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on: contract (to deliver the services you order), legal obligation (to keep tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business and handle disputes) and consent (for publishing results or testimonials, which you can withdraw at any time).

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and deliver our services:

• Our team: our operations team, based in Pakistan, works on client stores. Team members can only see the information needed for the stores they work on.
• Service providers: Stripe and Whop (payments), Netlify (website hosting and contact-form delivery), WhatsApp (messaging), our email provider, and AutoDS and Yaballe (store automation).
• Platforms you direct us to use: such as eBay, when we create or manage listings on your behalf.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.
• Business transfers: if Flip Axis is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. International transfers

Flip Axis is a US company, and our team works from Pakistan. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States, Pakistan and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws from your country. We take reasonable steps, including access controls and contractual commitments from our service providers, to protect your information wherever it is processed.

7. How we protect your account logins

• Login details are stored in a password manager, not in documents or spreadsheets.
• Only the team members working on your store can access them, and only to deliver the services you ordered.
• We delete your login details within 30 days after your project ends, or after your monthly management ends.
• We recommend that you change your passwords after handover.

No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

8. How long we keep information

• Account logins: deleted within 30 days after your project or monthly management ends.
• Client records (orders, invoices, payments, refunds and key communications): kept for up to 5 years for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
• Contact-form and enquiry messages: kept as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our conversation, and for up to 5 years if you become a client.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. UK and EU residents can also complain to their local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@flipaxis.agency. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Some information must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete it.

10. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Links to other websites

Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will let current clients know.
